Q: Will you sign an NDA, and who owns the IP?

Yes. I regularly work under strict NDAs and am happy to sign yours before we discuss project specifics. Once the final invoice is settled, the intellectual property and the Framer project are transferred entirely to your agency (or your client). I am a 'ghost' partner; I won't feature the work in my public portfolio without your explicit written permission.

Q: Can you join our internal Slack or use an agency email?

Absolutely. To the client, I can be a seamless extension of your team. I’m comfortable using your internal communication tools (Slack, Asana, Notion) and can join client-facing calls as your 'Lead Framer Developer' to help explain technical possibilities or motion requirements.

I understand that agencies need to maintain their own margins. I offer fixed project-based pricing rather than hourly rates, so you can quote your clients with total certainty. For high-volume partners, we can discuss a 'day rate' or a monthly retainer to reserve a set amount of my capacity.

For a standard 5-8 page site, I usually require 2–3 weeks. However, I can often accommodate 'express' builds if your agency is in a tight spot.
