Following a brand refresh across Ark’s wider network, the Ark Teacher Training website had become outdated and inconsistent with the charity’s new visual identity. It was the final site in their digital ecosystem that required modernisation, making it visually disconnected from the rest of Ark’s online presence.

Beyond design alignment, the site’s structure and functionality no longer met the needs of its users. Prospective trainees struggled to navigate the application process, and the user journey lacked clarity and impact. This presented a challenge but also an opportunity: to not only bring the website in line with Ark’s refreshed brand but also to rethink how the platform could better serve users, streamline the application process, and deliver a more engaging, performance-driven digital experience.
